I read a book about the side effects of low blood sugar. I have always had it along with depression. If I followed and low blood sugar diet, I should not need the anit-depressant medication which effects my libido. Has anyone else ran into this. Low blood sugar seems to have alot of really bad side effects.
I will not pull off my medication without checking with my doctor. I just wanted to see if anyone was on a serious low blood sugar diet and has it helped with symptom?
