For as long as I can remember when I’m having a sexual experience I typically can not maintain an erection without some kind of stimulation to my penis. If its being stimulated I can maintain one to ejaculate and as soon as I ejaculate I go totally soft (even when I was a kid this was the case).

I’m wondering if this would be considered ED? I’m 34, relatively healthy, a little overweight and I smoke on the weekends. I take two medicines-propecia and lexapro. I know the lexapro can reduce your libido which has happened with me but like I said, 90% of the time I can’t maintain an erection without the stimulation.

I did some research online about homeopathic remidies and started taking Korean Ginseng 2700mg a day and also got Yohimbe in liquid form. Has anyone tried either of these?

Ok here is the scoop. Im 45, went to the doc and had male hormone tests done. To find that I had very low levels. I found that I was dragging and my mind was cloudy at times. Libido was very low also. I used the cream with no success, and had to go to weekly injections of .5cc. Well I have felt better and have a bit more muscle mass, BUT I am losing my hair now! I did not have a hair loss problem before. I have been on injections for about a year now. I am not a happy camper now, what should I do? Stop completely? Not sure the doc is concerned about hair loss.
Oh yeah guess the big question is will my hair grow back when my levels drop down again?

I am taking anti-depressants and my sex drive got higher, instead of getting lower like typical anti-depressants. I tried going off of the pills, but I didn’t like being in my depressed mood. But if I masturbate more often, say 3 times a week, my pleasure is low and my orgasms don’t feel as good.

I read a book about the side effects of low blood sugar. I have always had it along with depression. If I followed and low blood sugar diet, I should not need the anit-depressant medication which effects my libido. Has anyone else ran into this. Low blood sugar seems to have alot of really bad side effects.
I will not pull off my medication without checking with my doctor. I just wanted to see if anyone was on a serious low blood sugar diet and has it helped with symptom?
